Position Overview Performance and Results Management * Perform revenue and profitability reporting across Origination and Advisory business (provide support to both the Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory, and Capital Markets globally) * Re Position Overview Performance and Results Management Perform revenue and profitability reporting across Origination and Advisory business (provide support to both the Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory, and Capital Markets globally) Report coverage cost allocations with expanded scope in the planning as well as restructuring and restatements cycle Review and provide clear measure of revenue contributions by coverage groups and individuals bankers across the product range in a transparent and timely manner Coordinate and escalate all outstanding issues to stakeholders and support teams on a timely manner Perform / update process control checks and review results for control improvements Review process documentations and update as appropriate Provide accurate inputs to various performance and operational metrics to drive the right business decision Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures Engage with different business partners and stakeholders as necessary in the delivery of assigned tasks Driving Transformation and Continuous Improvements Identify and deliver process improvement opportunities and coordinate with various teams and stakeholders Drive and support work-stream and organization wide projects and initiatives Coordinate with relevant project teams to ensure effective delivery of projects and process improvements Review and provide inputs to various projects documentation and support deployment from UAT to production Actively participate in change or project forums to provide recommendation and raise pertinent issues Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for handling change initiatives Collaboration and Teamwork Ensure team resiliency thru cross-training and back-up system Engage in organization wide activities and participate in team fostering activities to support work-life balance Connectivity and Stakeholder management Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders and across different teams Actively participate in various discussions of potential issues, improvements made/proposed, organizational changes and updates that may impact delivery of service to key stakeholders Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
