Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Order to Cash Analyst, you will be able to do the following tasks/functions:
Create and distribute periodic or one-off OTC reports
Prepare user requirements documentation
Collaborate with business users
Maintain reporting platforms
Participate in AR Meeting to understand reporting requirements
Create and update Desktop Procedures (DTP) or Work Instructions

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Good working knowledge of Order to Cash processes
Excellent Microsoft Excel skill
Strong quantitative problem solving and analytical skills
Have an eye for details
Training in Power BI
Training in Data Analytics
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in performing designing Accounts Receivable reports
Knowledge of SAP or BPCS/AS400 or any ERP is an advantage
Experience in handling customer inquiries is an advantage
Similar work experience of at least two years especially in a BPO or similar fast-paced setting
