• Encoding and processing all HFS transactions in the system on a daily basis
• Monitor and execute HFS return authorizations
• Monitor and execute credit memo application
• Together with the Van Balancers, generate beginning inventories for van counting
• Upload Sales in the system upon conclusion of the van balancing process
• Generate and release van sales upload monitoring to the IT and Finance & Accounting Managers
Key Accounts & IMR
• Encoding and processing all KA and IMR transactions in the system on a daily basis
• Monitor and execute KA/IMR return authorizations
• Monitor and execute credit memo application
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
