The SolarWinds MSP business unit is in the process of spinning off to become its own standalone company. Our new company name is N-able and we are seeking a Order Processor to come join us on this exciting journey!

The Order Processor (Intermediate) is a member of the Finance team responsible for accurate and timely processing of various types of sales orders in multiple systems.
Responsibilities
Timely delivery of customer license purchases via automated and manual processes.
Respond to queries from customers via internal case system, email or telephone.
Responsible for populating data in partner profiles; license types/counts, expiration dates.
Handle high volume of orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to multi-task/track multiple issues in multiple systems/tools.
Generate and analyze monthly and quarterly license delivery audit reports.
Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Accountable for meeting defined standards for quality and productivity for all transactions.
Collaborate with sales and other cross functional organization on sales order issues.
Customer Service focused and a positive attitude when dealing with internal and external customers.
Adhere to departmental guidelines and policies.
An ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Dedicated to professionalism and highly motivated towards goal achievement.
Performing other administrative support duties as requested.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology/tools.
Thoroughness: Ensuring that one's own work is complete and accurate; carefully preparing for meetings and presentations; following up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
A strong attention to detail and the ability to complete job duties with a high degree of accuracy
Strong organizational skills to effectively assist with adherence to deadlines
Experience with SalesForce considered as Asset
Please note that this will be on a "Work From Home" set-up until further notice is given to report onsite. The hired professional will be issued a device/IT peripherals to perform his/her tasks.
