SUMMARY OF ROLE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
Provide support on the Order to Fulfillment in processing shipments.
Shipment monitoring via online tracking and communication with freight forwarders and affected Partner Support Representative.
Perform Oracle transactions related to shipping and logistics.
Publish Receiving report, On-time Delivery Report and other related reports relayed to logistics function.
Creation of shipping documents.
Support Finance team in providing audit related documents for logistics and project transactions.
Support UAT and other adhoc tasks
