Job Description
Conducts rounds on all locations of the Company to ensure that all company assets are safely kept and maintained;
Ensures that all company procedures and regulations are complied with and provides feedback and recommendations in case of discrepancies and for improvements:
Attends monthly Physical Inventory Counts
Conducts Cash Counts with Petty Cash Custodians
Conducts reviews on Daily Time keeping records
Reviews end to end sales transactions;
Conducts special audit process as requested by Management
Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy, or any business / management-related course
Preferably with at least one (1) year relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting Operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Work Remotely:
