As a core member of our Business Intelligence team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
You will define, develop and deploy financial and operational reports within Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM applications using OTBI, BI Publisher and FSG reporting tools
Schedule delivery of the regular reports and data extracts to the end users and receiver applications and monitor execution success and performance
Work with the application users and key stakeholders to gather and document the business requirements for the new reports and regular datasets
Answer ad-hoc requests for the ERP and HCM data from the application key users and other Citco teams
Manage application users security and roles in regards to the reports and dashboards access
Assist Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Team with system integration, development, technical support, and performance tuning
Must follow structured methodology as per Oracle standards
Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system solutions
Serve as SME for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM applications and data these applications store
Support and assist with period-end activities in Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM applications
Organize, schedule, and manage small projects and initiatives
Manage risk, coordinate resources, and resolve issues
About You:
You have hands-on experience designing and developing reports in Oracle Cloud with at least one of the following tools: OTBI, BI Publisher or FSG. Experience with OBIEE and Oracle Analytics may count in.
Relevant Oracle certifications is a plus
1-2 years of reports development experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM is required
Proficiency with data manipulation languages such as SQL
Experience with Oracle Cloud integration with other applications is a plus
Understanding of the Oracle ERP and / or HCM database objects/structures
Experience in Data conversion, Migration, Interface and API is a plus
Mature, proactive person willing to accept responsibility
Global team player
Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English
