As a core member of our Business Intelligence team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
You will define, develop and deploy financial and operational reports within Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM applications using OTBI, BI Publisher and FSG reporting tools
You will manage and supervise a small team of the report developers (x 2)
Set team objectives, motivate and lead your report developers to ensure the great service levels are set and met
Work within Business Intelligence team to define and execute Oracle Cloud Reporting Strategy
Work with the application users and key stakeholders to gather and document the business requirements for the new reports and regular datasets
Assist Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Team with designing system integrations
Must follow structured methodology as per Oracle standards
Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system solutions
Serve as SME for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM applications and data these applications store
Organize, schedule, and manage small to medium reporting projects and initiatives
Manage risk, coordinate resources, and resolve issues
About You:
You have hands-on experience designing and developing reports in Oracle Cloud with at least two of the following tools: OTBI, BI Publisher or FSG. Experience with OBIEE and Oracle Analytics may count in.
Relevant Oracle certifications is a plus
You understand the benefits and limitation of each of the reporting platforms (OTBI, BIP, FSG) and are capable to make the justified choice based on the user requirements
3-4 years of reports development experience within Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM is required
Proficiency with data manipulation languages such as SQL
Experience with Oracle Cloud integration with other applications is a plus
Understanding of the Oracle ERP and / or HCM database objects/structures
Experience in Data conversion, Migration, Interface and API is a plus
Mature, proactive person willing to accept responsibility
Stroing leader and global team player
Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English
