SCOPE OF WORK
The Technical BA will work with various stakeholders on digital transformation and ERP modernization tasks.
Specifically, the business analyst will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP modernization initiatives.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with the development team to implement solutions.
Perform data analysis and mapping, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the ERP modernization process.
Support testing efforts, identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies, and ensure successful system implementation.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the modernized ERP system.
The Technical BA will work with counterparts from ITD colleagues, IT vendors, external consultancies, and various business colleagues.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree, in Information Systems, Project Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis and project management.
Strong ERP knowledge, i.e. Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Applications.
Proficient in conducting requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in data analysis, data migration, and data validation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Vendor management skills and experience is an advantage.
Oracle certifications (such as Oracle Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.
