3. Educate and advise patients on contact lens use and care, ocular hygiene, preventive care and maintenance.
4. Write referrals to ophthalmologists if necessary for patients upon assessment to ensure continuity of care for the patient.
5. Help customers choose the right products (frames, lenses, and lens coatings) based on their needs, preferences and wants.
6. Develop a strong customer service orientation and good company-patient relationship to make a sure that the customers eyewear and eye care needs will be fulfilled.
7. Maintain patient/customer satisfaction, ensuring return of business and referral business with patient/customer follow-ups.
8. Maintain good interpersonal relations among colleagues.
9. Be able to clean, fit, bend, reshape, and adjust lenses and spectacles to help each customer obtain the right and comfortable fit is an advantage.
10. Give prescriptions for contact lens and spectacles.
11. Check the patients for the presence of other health conditions affecting the vision.
12. Execute merchandise display strategies with colleagues to ensure boosting of sales and promote customer satisfaction.
13. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
14. Process sales transactions, sales documents and collection in accordance with established customers' service and operating activities and procedures as necessary.
15. Perform other functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time as the need arises.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License exam) Doctorate (Phd) Optometry or equivalent
Has at least two (2) years experience in Optometry.
Must have good interpersonal skill and a team player.
Must be attentive to details and precise.
Must be able to operate and use use specialist equipment.
Must be willing to be assigned to any of the following areas: Ortigas, Makati, Taguig and Pasay.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Doctorate
