• Must have a college-level degree
• At least two-three years experience from a reputable optical shops

1. Technical Skills
· Can grove, edge and drill lenses
· Ability to operate auto edger and manual edger
· Can get spectacle's accurate parameters using a lensometer
· Able to adjust any kind of frames
· Ability to cut all kinds of lenses (Single Vision, Bifocal and Progressive Lenses)
· Maintenance and trouble shoot of machine
