Management of application environments
Incident, Problem, Release and Change management
Critical issues handling including analysis and call/chat updates on the issue progress
Contribution to monitoring & alerting, risk and resilience
Technology & tools
Knowledge and understanding of software development and deployment process
Linux hands-on experience (knowledge of basic Linux commands, shell scripting, opening up log files, checking file permissions...)
Networking/Infra knowledge (cloud, firewalls, FTP, XFB, MQ, EMS..)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines preferably Azure and Ansible
Experience with writing and analysing SQL queries
Experience with Docker/containers/k8s
Experience with Monitoring tools (ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus)
Tuning SQL queries, identifying issues, and implementing improvements in Oracle
Experience working with Java (or other alternatives for example Python)
Soft skills
Experience with training and coaching junior engineers
Analytical and investigative by nature
Waste buster automation mindset, not only related to testing but to everything
Always out to learn new skills and to teach others in the process
Proactive attitude don't wait for someone to tell you what to do
Not shy to express and defend his/her opinion in front of a crowd (which may not be the popular opinion)

Experience with Agile and Scrum way of working
Experience with working in an international environment
Must Willing to be on standby duty for 24/7 support of our application
