Department Summary
Direct Auto Booking is responsible for Processing RCO loan documents after the customer has signed & returned all documents for a refinance or auto purchase. Once all documents have been processed, the loan is booked and the account is given to the Funding group to distribute loan proceeds. The Direct Auto Funding Team has the responsibility of funding disbursements for Auto loans received from the Booking Team.
Qualifications
At least 12 months in current job and process
Latest My Development rating of at least "On Track"
No Corrective actions; not on any PIP
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to follow complex methods and procedures
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to demonstrate creativity
Ability to motivate, coach and develop for performance improvement
Must be able to perform in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment
Duties and Responsibilities
Track team performance to ensure all members are performing based on defined standard of performance
Determine workflow priorities and ensure all SLAs are met
Perform coaching to correct product knowledge or behavioral opportunities and to help them identify skill deficiencies and create action plans
Identify gaps in the process and recommend process improvement
Serve as a link between directs and the management
Responsible to attend meetings and training enablement
Work with other leaders to carry out LOB's initiatives in leadership and training, employee engagement, etc
Leads/ participates in process improvement initiatives
