Job Description:
Provides support in ensuring department meets the goals on daily basis.
Makes sound operational decisions.
Perform Business Information Reporting.
Perform/Manage processing and deployment of RSA token requests.
Respond to customer enquiries and feedback and provide daily reporting to GBDS management including POY (Point of You) reporting.
Understands the functions and capabilities of various departments and uses those resources effectively.
Uses data to improve productivity.
Perform data mining, analysis, and reporting relevant to DBS internal functions as well as Line of Business requirements; of which liaising with various internal teams to provide appropriate information concerning expense charges.
Build collaborative relationship within the organization.
Perform ad hoc activities required by DBS.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.); college degree preferred
Prior experience for at least 1 year, preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
Must have the ability to do the jobs and quickly gain a working knowledge of those jobs.
Must demonstrate strong technical knowledge and ability to lead and motivate others.
Must have knowledge of or be able to learn safety rules and procedures, operating, maintenance, and technical policies and procedures.
Must be able to relate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
Must be process-oriented.
