OPERATIONS SUPERVISORALTERATIONS PLUS

Ensures the achievement of sales targets, collection and marketing objectives
Directs the Operations team on the implementation of customer and product strategies
Puts in place initiatives to ensure production operations of the company are running efficiently and effectively
Sets directions to minimize wastes and optimize resources in operation.
Identifies gaps and opportunities in the processes and directs the team on the implementation of actions to bridge the gaps and maximize opportunities
Implements cost savings initiatives and cost control
Leads the development of the annual budgeting process and ensures alignment with and approval from management
Ensures that P&L forecasts are accurate and reflect the status of the business based on the available information
Provides Strategy Development Support to the management representatives to craft business strategies to drive the business
Drive Leadership, Organization and Culture Development to build an organization that is fit to accelerate and sustain its growth
