At least 3-5 years experience specializing in Sales

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor operations of order processing team, Warehouse, Finished Goods (FG) and Logistics.
Implement regular audit procedures to ensure compliance to existing methods and procedures. Sets deadline to ensure timely completion of targets.
Monitor, review, and analyze report, records and data, confers with subordinates to obtain data required for planning sections' activities.
Evaluate current procedures and practices, implement improvement and corrective measures and formulate administrative and operation policies and procedures.
Ensure adequate supply of products for delivery to customers thru regular analysis and monitoring of inventory stock level.
Evaluate and approved cancellation of Pick list including cancellation of preparation slip.
Coordinate and investigate causes of delivery discrepancy to Warehouse Supervisor.
Monitor daily PO register to ensure that all received orders are processed.
