Description
The Operations Supervisor handles and supervises the admin. Assistants handling accounts or clients.
• Supervise the admin. Assistants handling accounts or clients.
• Sprout HR champion: train all supervisors, TLs and colleagues in Sprout HR
• Point person on the property being handled and liaise concern to the main office - whether recruitment, disciplinary action, loans, adjustment and deductions.
• Coordinates and seeks approvals from the clients.
• Look after to the concern of the staff.
• Champions in all issuance of NSC with an Order to Explain.
• Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs. Assists and advises HR and Admin Manager about Human Resources issues, grievance cases and administrative hearings.
• Provide industrial relations advice and ensure that the organization complies with all legislative requirements.
• Manage payroll processes to ensure that employees are paid correctly according to their contractual entitlements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A graduate of BS degree in Human Resources or related field of study
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in HR generalist role including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations
• Hotel Operation
• Experience in processing government permits
