Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences ensuring proper documentations for easy monitoring.
Answers telephone calls.
Computer literate.
Perform other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
Perform secretarial duties and provide administrative support to promote the company overall functional efficiency.
Prepare department monthly report.
Manage and maintain an efficient system of filing for easy retrieval of documents.
Communicate well with managers and customers and interpersonal office relations.
Discreet in handling confidential issue.
Cheerful and with pleasant disposition.
