As a Teller, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently and accurately processing various financial transactions. You will handle cash deposits and withdrawals, check deposits, bank transfers, and foreign exchange transactions while ensuring strict compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties as necessary to support the seamless operation of the banking facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Customer Transactions:
- Accurately process cash deposits and withdrawals for customers.
- Promptly and accurately handle check deposits.
- Facilitate bank transfers according to customer instructions.
2. Process Foreign Exchange Transactions:
- Conduct foreign exchange transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to exchange rates and regulations.
- Provide customers with information and assistance regarding foreign currency exchange services.
3. AML Reporting:
- Execute Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures by promptly identifying and reporting suspicious transactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with AML regulations and internal policies and procedures.
4. Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining transaction records, balancing cash drawers, and preparing reports.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account inquiries, and account maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Stay updated on banking products, services, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- College graduate.
- Previous experience in banking or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
- Must be willing to work in Makati and
- Must be available for overtime as needed.
