Assist Event Manager in moderating for online events globally including registration and customer service-related tasks during events
Work cross-functionally with the operations & sales team in all event deliverables to ensure the successful execution of events
Well versed in company-wide product knowledge and packages
Aid in payment invoice creating for the sales team when necessary
Administrative task of updating necessary tracking sheets across all programs
Provide efficient and excellent customer service support to clients
Work in close coordination with the customer service team and operations team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Ad-hoc administrative tasks such as tallying student attendance against student list
