About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor who will be part of the GTM - Client Service and Specialty Maintenance team in which the role is expected to implement treasury product/service requests. In this role, you will: Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices Collect data and prepare related operational reports Prepare input forms for automated data processing system Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties Coordinate projects Furnish information to authorized persons Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation Required Qualifications, International: Experience in Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Completed 2 years in College 1-2 years experience in the BPO environment Essential computer skills including MS Office Suites, and SharePoint Quality background / experience Attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication Demonstrated organizational skills, project management knowledge, and exceptional time management skills Treasury management experience Strong multi-tasking ability Ability to work in a deadline driven environment Job Expectations: Act as the single point of coordination during a customer's product/service implementation Contact the submitter of the request to review the implementation requirements and process Manage all aspects of implementation research, keying, validation, and post analysis Ensure regular updates, for the submitter and internal partners, throughout the progression of the implementation Receive notification requests in WICE and/or Service View Review requests to ensure accuracy and identify dependencies Set up products and services in WICE and related systems such as AES, Online Forms, and UAM. This role will follow a 4pm-1am sift M-F This role is already reporting onsite following a hybrid set up The Treasury Implementation Consultant 1 provides maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services. Coordinates with another Implementation Consultant and/or Client Service Officer regarding requests submitted by customers. Ensures customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded, and systems are correctly installed. Communicates product dependencies and establishes timeline for implementation. The Implementation Consultant 1 may also act as a liaison between the client, sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers, and client services as needed to deliver quality services that meet client needs.
