The Operations Performance Analyst will leverage available support resources to obtain data and formulate improvement recommendations based on findings in order to understand what steps are necessary to drive change successfully.
As Operations Performance Analyst, You Will...
Identify and improve critical KPI results for performance opportunities
Create 30-60-90 day plan / glidepath based on historical performance
Present progress and identify changes made daily with progress reports
Perform deep-dive assessments based on data and report results to relevant stakeholders
Formulate detailed improvement recommendations based on data results
Present findings across multiple departments to obtain buy-in and support for recommendations
Design a compliance scorecard for each Operational Leader
Partner with various departments to expand and audit compliance and results
Drive positive performance via Operations Leaders while identifying and reporting on challenges in driving results and implementations
Identify and create processes leveraging data accuracy in reports and data collection
Understand and analyze data to recognize nuances in current program standings
Requirements
As Operations Performance Analyst, You Have...
Post-secondary diploma or degree with a major in Business
Minimum 5 years of contact center leadership experience (combination of education and work experience will also be considered)
Ability to navigate internal systems to obtain solutions
Proven track record in leadership development and performance management
Ability to communicate and influence at various levels within the organization
Engaging and successful communicator, speaker, and facilitator
Possess exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner
Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, and written
Ability to take initiative, make decisions and propose strategies and solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
