Section: Operations - Admin
 
Job Summary:
 
Responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales and Marketing team. The duties will range from providing guidance about market trends, to developing resources and tracking long term sales data for individual stores, as well as the entire domestic chain of stores.
 
Key Organizational Relationships:
Accountability: Senior Operations Head, General Manager
Supervises / Manages: N/A
Inter-relationships: All Departments
Major Deliverables:
Efficient sales operation management
Timely and organized reports
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in generating leads (institutional accounts, new channel/platform, accounts for sales)
Maintains and service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential sales account, channel, or other trade factors.
Focuses on sales efforts and continues monitoring of customer orders/volume.
Executes action plans and strategies that will aid in meeting predetermined sales targets on a perstore basis in conjunction with or under the direction of operations managers.
Prepares annual sales targets & strategies to achieve them.
Coordinates with Marketing on promotions & advertising vis-à-vis sales target
Coordinates with Operations on orders, pricing negotiation and terms of payment, etc. related to accounts.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc. & coordinates with Marketing and Operations on new strategies.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Maintains clients' records (e.g. contracts), and facilitates payment and collection.

Basic Pay - Php 13,000 - 18,000
