The Role
As an Operations Officer - Salary Advance (SALAD) Product, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salary Advance (SALAD) system/product to ensure that SLAs are met on both the process and system sides. You will resolve process and system issues identified through internal and external customer channels. And you will ensure successful execution of enhancements made in the Salary Advance system
How you'll contribute
Acts as the first level of escalation and support based on reported issues on system and application to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution
Designs and implements process improvements based on gaps identified to achieve a seamless process.
Troubleshoots SALAD system issues by coordinating with technical partners to determine the root cause and check for solutions.
Prepares communication guidelines based on the status or changes of the process for proper alignment with the involved parties.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Marketing or any related courses
Should at least have 4 years of relevant experience
With Knowledge on process design
With Effective customer satisfaction and troubleshooting skills. Programming skills are a plus
Ability to work with cross-functional groups and stakeholders
