Position: Operations Manager
Working hours: M-F, flexible hours, but shall be able to meet with the client from 10 am - 12 noon Portugal time (schedule may change moving forward)
Holiday/s: EU and/or PH Holidays Salary Range: USD 900 - 1,500/month (the client can offer $ 2,500/month for exceptional candidates plus bonuses)
Duties and responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management: Assist the client in optimizing and managing their Shopify store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Operations Oversight: Oversee and manage all aspects of the client's company operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
Team Management: Recruit, hire, and manage teams, including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Influence Managers, Potential Media Buyers, and Market Researchers/Product Sources.
Photoshoot Coordination: Set up photoshoots and delegate tasks related to visual content production.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency within the organization.
Market Research: Continuously research and identify new market opportunities to help the business grow.
Shopify Expertise: Handle Shopify-related tasks and maintain clear communication with the management and marketing team
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations Management or similar role
Good to excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be proficienct in Shopify and has a deep understanding of its functionalities.
Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to contribute to the growth of the business.
E-commerce experience is a plus.
Exceptional intelligence and the ability to not only manage day-to-day tasks but also lead and develop teams, contributing to revenue growth.
