Operations ManagerCCK CITY NETWORK, INC.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of projects
Work as a conduit between the client, upper management, and operations team
Forecast requirements; prepare annual budgets; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
Coordinate with the different departments for the support/requirements needed by the team to be highly productive
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the team
Submit reports needed by the management and the clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English Language, Mass Communications, or related course
Experience in test rating in a BPO setup (Preferred)
Experience in management, operations, and leadership
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills.
