Job Description
Qualifications:
Filipino Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant course such as business administration, criminology and other related courses and/or a commissioned officer in the inactive service or retired from the Armed Forces of the Philippines or the Philippine National police.
At least 2 years of managerial experience.
preferably with experience in security agency but not required.
Strong leadership ability and good at people handling.(Ability to direct and supervise)
Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog) and Excellent in customer relation.
Knows how to develop new policies/procedures for the improvement of the department.
Knows how conduct risk assessment and risk management.
Has taken a course/seminar on industrial Security Management and/or must have adequate training or experience in security business and/or willing to undergo training.
Keen observer and meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft office for windows or Mac 4
High moral/ high sense of responsibility and must have high level of self motivation, determination and confidence
Ability to do multiple tasks and time management
Valid Driver's License - must be able to drive a motorcycle and/or automobile (M/T and/or AT).
Resilient of being able to work under pressure in emergency situation and reactive to urgent situations.
Making effective decision while observing the company process and resources.
Able to take occasional calls in the evenings, weekends and/or holidays to respond to security concerns.
Good moral character.
