Job Description
Monitors daily sales and operating data metric
Manages quality assurance programs related to product, services, cleanliness, facilities, and employee experience
Implements efficient operating processes for the operating units and related services
Sets and reviews budget and manages operating costs
Oversees inventory, distribution and production of goods as well as upkeep of equipment and facilities
Prepares tactical operations plan for store developmental and improvement
Coordinates all related launching activities with Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain, and HR for the effective execution of projects
Ensures complete & prompt delivery service to customers
Prepares guidelines, procedures & related policies in connection with the proper training and implementation of service levels to customers
Oversees handling of customer complaints & recommendations
Monitors handling of both positive and negative customer complaints and providing a quick solution in addressing such
Guides operations personnel in the improvement of customer experience delivery for both stores and delivery channel
Develops and implements local store marketing programs based on customer data analysis
Analyses data results and converts them into actionable activities
Ensures that the daily efficient scheduling and replenishment are followed by the store personnel
Manages the efficiency and effectiveness of manpower scheduling on a daily basis
Conducts a thorough evaluation of business requirements in the areas of store operations and administrative support
Establishes a non-peak and peak manpower schedule for the business unit inclusive of the delivery fleet requirements and the administrative staff
Performs operational audit of systems and procedures for stores by formulating recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
Experience in Food & Beverage environment on operations
Demonstrated skills in team management and training
Good skills in management reporting and process documentation
Demonstrated skills in report generation & presentation
Exposure to project management activities
General knowledge in accounting and audit principles &- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and numbers reconciliation
A bachelor's degree in the field of Business Management, Operations, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or with equivalent experience.
With minimum of 2-3 years of experience/exposure in Food & Beverage Operations Management
