Description
- Oversee day to day activities and ensure smooth operation of the Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage processes
- Develop and lead initiatives to maintain positive guest experience and satisfaction rating
- Create and implement policies and procedures aligned to the Company goals and targets
- Initiate, strategize and manage programs to hit target sales and increase revenue
Qualifications:
- College Graduate major in Bachelor of Science in Tourism, HRM or equivalent field
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experience as Hotel or Resort Manager
- Strong management, communication and organizational skills
- High level of decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities and established experience in customer service
