• With Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
• With experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understands general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• With the ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• With excellent communication skills.
• Provides inspired leadership for the organization.
• Develops, implements, and reviews operational policies and procedures.
• With the ability to address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Works with senior stakeholders.
• Ensures all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Supports worker communication with the management team.
