Responsibilities: ?
?
● Oversight and management of the LiveSentinel Ceter Guard operations in the Philippines guards. Hiring, Training, Managing performance. ?
● This person will be accountable for all performance management of the 24/7 operation: overseeing and managing leads/shift leads, ensuring policies are communicated and enforced, measuring and ensuring all employees are performing to expectations. ?
● Performance management tasks will include: on-going training, documenting, counseling employees, investigating incidents on our internal systems and producing/reviewing reports from our internal analytics (Grafana/Snowflake). ?
● If needed, performance management will also include Performance Improvement Plans: identifying the need, delivering the plan, measuring and documenting progress and making final determinations. ?
● The Manager will also be expected to be flexible on shifting schedule ?
● Manage KMC interaction (HR, operations, IT, office space) for the Deep Sentinel except for finance & billing. ?
● Coordinate shifts/schedules of staff. ?

Qualifications: ?

● Experience managing teams of 50+ in a BPO environment ?
● Experience working with technology start-ups ?
● Expert- or Native-level English Language skills ?
● Familiarity with US culture ?
● Hands-on, ownership attitude--problems are there to solve, not to report. ?
