Job Overview
The Operations Manager will ensure that all day-to-day operational activities are done effectively. They will focus on developing, monitoring, and evaluating the processes and functions of the different organizational departments. They are responsible for improving the quality, productivity, and efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities and tasks
» Work closely with other departments to develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
» Assist HR with recruitment and performance management.
» Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and maintains high morale.
» Work with executives and stakeholders to determine values, direction, and plan for short and long-term goals.
» Study company and project requirements, and give recommendations for execution strategy and employee allocations.
» supervise project objectives, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure that these are achieved.
» Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Requirements:
Qualifications
» Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or related field.
» Has at least two (2) years of work practice in management, operations, and leadership abilities.
» knowledge of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
» capability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
» Excellent written and verbal communication expertise.
» Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
» practice in the software development industry is a plus.
» practice in sales and business development is a plus.
