We are looking for an Operations Manager for our Shared Kitchens! What's on the menu for you to do: Optimize kitchen operations and supply chain in scale to allow affordability Use the network to find scalable ways to improve operations to enhance affordability Develop a supplier base and define sourcing standards Review and refresh menu selection at cuisine level to improve cuisine matrix Supervise and monitor operations of Vendors / Brands Maintain high customer experience matrix Train markets on Kitchen Operations and Launches Work closely between Vendors/Brands and Marketing in building the brand story. Takes over property/facility management upon lease acquisition Prepares and Assist in Business Permit applications Manage Shared Kitchen Location as a Food Service and Production facility Ensure statutory compliance for operations (Food Safety, Sanitation and Personnel Hygiene etc) Assist in equipment procurement and construction management Manage project timelines in coordination with consultants, contractors and other suppliers (network, queuing systems, manpower system) Manager Kitchen 'Branch' Managers / Supervisors and prepare Personnel Matrix Requirements and Rotas Coordinate with Commercials manager on vendor related concerns including permit applications Manage and Trains 'Branch Manager' for succeeding Shared Kitchens Promote excellent Shared Kitchen service What do you bring to the table? Has Min 3 to 5 years on the mid-management level or above in culinary and food production operations Having Previous knowledge of the Food & Beverage startups is an advantage Has Considerable management experience in a high volume food service unit Has Worked stand-alone restaurants as well as big food service chains or hotels Has Knowledge and experience in institutional or commercial food service management procedures and practices Has an Expert Command on costing, menu planning and design using G-suite or MS-Office Has Enthusiasm and a very good understanding of current food trends is a plus Ability to work with suppliers and developing supply chain process for Shared Kitchen Partners Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method with a good understanding of documentation of work steps and results Has Flexibility and openness in the development of Shared Kitchen operational process Has Fundamental education in HACCP e.g. ServeSafe 360 or FoodShap, ideally FSCO certified Has Experience in multi-unit F&B franchise management Ability to lead, manage, mentor and train Shared Kitchens operations team Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment What we have for you: We have a steep learning curve and because of that, not a day is boring here!
