Description
Overall responsibility of the performance of the process leads and associates assigned to the clients. The employee is responsible for meeting the day to day operational measures as set by the business.
• Implementation of process improvements and increase in work productivity.
• Maintains good business relationship with clients.
• Conducts periodic clients visit and ensures the upkeep of agreed SLAs.
• Initiates "up-sell" of existing or additional F&A service facilities
• Executes and enforces approved operational plans and cascades it to the team
• Prepares Business Review for the client
• Implementation of process improvements and increase in work productivity.
• Prepares Adhoc operational reports for the groups as requested by management.
• Distributes workloads to team members
• Oversees finance and accounting processing of the group.
• Adheres to monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation and other accounting
• Coordinates with clients on incidents, issues or additional/modified instructions
• Ensures compliance to all statutory & legal requirements without delay.
• Directly responsible for the day to day performance of team members under his/her group
• Identifies, trains and develop team members
• Implementation of process improvements and increase in work productivity.
• Conducts performance appraisal of staff in the team and makes recommendations for staff development.
