DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer overall operations of Cha Tuk Chak and is responsible for the actual and effective management of labor, productivity, quality control assurance, precautions and standard operating procedures.
Awareness on principles, methods, tactics for showing, promoting, and providing service with the customers.
Provides basic information to guests, visitors, clients and partners.
Check, analyze and determine all operational and costumer needs.
Analyze data, information and make operational decisions or activities.
Recommend, establish and implement the organizational standard operating procedures and policies.
Fulfill organizational operations, customer service activities, projects and services.
Coordinate with Barista, OIC and Team Leader regarding tasks and deadlines.
Develop organizational and operational goals, policies, programs and objectives.
Seek and provide information to help the company and the team determine the status of all operations-related concerns.
Do competitor's check.
Help and assist the company and its franchise partners on their operation needs when opening a new store.
Review sales, activity reports and identify areas needing cost reduction or improvement.
Monitor suppliers to guarantee their efficiency in providing the needed goods or services within the budgetary limits of the company.
Do sales floor work as needed, such as greeting, assisting customers, stocking shelves and checking of inventory.
Prepare newly hired trainees / employees schedule or work assignments.
Perform workforce functions such as training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, evaluating and disciplining employees.
Provide guidance and direction to all employees under supervision, including setting and monitoring of performance standards.
Prepare, suggest and present action plan like sales promotions that require coordination with other departments.
Check and monitor day to day administrative, clerical tasks, managing files and records.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following, complying with legal standards and imposing procedure.
Directly reports to the President / CEO.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Commerce or any business related course
Has 3 to 5 years proven work experience as Operations Manager
Preferably work experience in a Food and Beverage industry, but not required
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
People oriented, possess leadership and business skills
Trustworthy, honest, keen to details, proactive, optimistic and can work with minimal supervision
Head office is located in De Castro, Pasig
