Description
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Provides direction, leadership and support to the Operations Team to ensure they are able to accomplish goals. Reviews and assesses the success of plans, strategies, the allocation of employees and resources.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Oversees operational systems and processes to meet business goals and projections
Develops or updates standard operating procedures for all operational activities based on review of best practices of organizations and assessment of operational risks
Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.
Ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
Directs training programs and the implementation of individual development plans to build a strong and motivated team.
Reviews and reports performance data that includes financial, sales, and activity reports to monitor and measure team productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.

Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
