Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the PHL office:
Operations Leader.
What can you expect?
This role will be responsible to support client retention and business growth by providing overall management of Country Operations & Technology main areas : Placement Support, Policy Service, Fiduciary Operations, Project Management, and Claims Operations.
We will count on you to:
Deliver service as per agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Ensure each process is measured through metrics
Put appropriate control in each process to reduce E&O risk
Look for continuous improvement opportunity to improve efficiency
Ensure O&T function is relevant to business needs
Overall alignment and coordination between Country Management, Country O&T, and Regional O&T
Manage O&T expense ratio towards business growth
Overall project management and change management function in country
Champion in country data quality
Identify and develop key talents
What you need to have:
Minimum 10 year experience in FSI.
Minimum 5 year experience of managing sizable team (20+, including several people managers) is preferred
Similar industry experience : General Insurance / Life Insurance / Insurance Broker will be a plus point.
Exposure with matrix reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
