Overview of the Role:
The Operations Finance Lead supports the Operations Director in setting up and maintenance of accurate cost information, timely submission of report to all stakeholders, reconciliation of actual costs to the vendor, maintenance of inventory system, participating in the month end closing and budgeting process.
He / She provides comprehensive financial administrative support in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes. She also develops an understanding of and sound working relationships with key representatives of the client and key suppliers/service providers with whom she operates in support of the site.
What this job involves:
Provides clear direction and strategic advice to facilities management team, performs regular cycle counts to correct the inventory misstatements, actively participate in the annual budgeting process by providing updated cost information, and provide accurate and timely financial information on actual costs. Sets the objectives and measurable goals and motivates other to achieve them. Maintain all relevant policies and procedures with regards to Cost and Expense report submission. Always have a process improvement that will help the team to be more productive and efficient which will benefit both the company and clients.
Client/Stakeholder Management
Ensures that all relevant inventory and cost & expense reports are provided to the client accurately and timely. Conducting regular face to face & remote meetings and alignment with client and stakeholders.
Learning and adhering to client's top-notch practices
Maintain thorough understanding of client's cost and expense structure and associated systems and translating knowledge to ensure smooth and consistent flow of financial data.
Leads in regular financial administration timeliness & accuracy
He / She also ensures that accurate and timely financial information and administration is provided to all members of management team thus allowing an adequate flow of information that results in accountability and ownership.
This position will be responsible for developing/maintaining an accurate and timely reporting system to pass the KPI requirements both JLL and the Client.
Data Management, Policies & Procedures and Audit
Ensure that appropriate process and system controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions.
Ensure that all reports relative to inventories and cost & expense is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processes.
Ensure monthly cost and expense related reports are updated, submitted and contribute in compliance to SLA monthly targets.

Do you have at least 5 years of professional general accounting / 2 years finance leadership experience preferably from a multinational organization? Do you have a college degree in finance or accounting? Role Competencies:
Competency 1: At least 5 years of accounting / finance experience with at least 2 years management or supervisory experience
