Your Responsibilities
Execution of shipments. This requires careful monitoring of logistics as well as interpretation of contract terms to fulfill customer requirements and timely appropriations against sales.
Timely ticketing of all executed delivery and withdrawal
Handle coordination with logistics services in securing documentation
Handle coordination with terminal operation for proper scheduling and planning
Handle coordination with GBS for timely invoicing
Review documentary letters of credit, track issuance, request amendments as required
Handle all shipment related expense, reimbursement and payables
Acknowledge and/or send vessel nominations, issue vessel or discharge load orders
Arrange for/prepare import/export documentation required for bulk/container shipments
Monitor vessel schedules for upcoming shipments of bulk commodities and containers vessels
Maintain documentation of all shipment, permits, contract, certification, vessel files for tax/legal purposes
Requirements
College Graduate of any Business Course or IT
Two to five years of experience in trade operations and/or shipping
Knowledge of UCP, ISBP, Incoterms
Well versed in import/export procedures and documentation
