Job Descriptions:
Demonstrate compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Operational Procedure (PGS-OP-007, Operations Procedure).
Demonstrate compliance to the Company's Quality Policy and achieve the target rating of the Quality Objective.
Maintain documentations and records required by ISO 9001:2015 QMS Procedure.
Assist / Take part in achieving the target rating of the Quality Objective and Key Performance Indicator of the Operations Department and Planning Department (Operation Schedule and Customer Delivery Schedule must meet 95% compliance rate).
Lead the Operations department to achieve the quality service to the customer.
Ensure Company ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is working and followed by the Operations.
Prepare, update, and monitor Jobs Report. Ensure that the report is updated daily regarding the status of winding, status of machining, and status of parts required for the Job.
Verification of winding data, AC redesign and stator coil data. Double check data given by the Operations.
Verification of Core/Rotor Flux Test when QA/QC is not available. Determine hotspot on the core and/or rotor and inform operation of any defects and advise required repair according to company Work Instruction and Technical Index.
Ensure that the necessary testing and inspection are performed, completed and signed by the operations.
Ensure that the testing's and inspections done by the Operations follows the Company procedures (i.e.: Work Instruction and Technical Index).
Review the Material Requisition Form. Ensure that the data are correct, readable and identified.
Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results, investigating complaints and suggestion, completing troubleshooting procedures.
Identifies operational priorities by assessing operational objectives, such as, efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, estimating relevance, time and costs.
Notify and verify to the customers for any changes required on the Job Order.
Anticipates operational problems by studying operating target, mode of operation, unit limitations, monitoring unit performance.
Improves operational quality results by studying, evaluating and recommending process re-design, implementing changes, contributing information and opinion to unit design and modification teams.
Identify training required for the Operation to meet the target quality objective of the company.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations and company safety guidelines.
Research and develop new and cost-effective work techniques/technologies related to the company scope of work to improve output and meet customer requirements.
