We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will handle:
Daily Operations - Operations Coordinators are hands-on leaders. They make sure correct procedures are followed and routinely provide directions on what to do and how to improve.
Subject Matter Experts - Operations Coordinators should be knowledgeable of all the accounts they support. Always ready to take over in case an issue in staffing occurs or an escalation arises.
Workforce Management - Operations Coordinators are responsible for overseeing coverage/staffing lines and partners with Team Leaders to reinforce attendance.
Business Analytics - Operations Coordinators should also be across reporting and should also be on top of analytics.
Responsibilities:
Check daily attendance of all LTVplus staff in Operations.
Ensure that staff are productive and are on tasks.
Communicate manpower changes and schedule adjustments to affected teams.
Assist (collecting data) in managing the performance of the team.
Maintain schedules using scheduling software and tools.
Simulate / create mock schedules for new campaigns / client requests.
Maintain reports using Google Data Studio / Google Sheets
Requirements
Good Analytical skills
Excellent communicator (oral and written)
Critical Thinker
Detail Orientated
Good Mathematical skills
Good Platform/Systems knowledge (experience in handling Gorgias / Aircall / Shopify is a plus but not required)
Problem Solving Skills
