About the Role:
The Operations Coordinator role is primarily responsible for assisting the Operations Manager to ensure that the flow of home loans, bank meetings and client documents are all organised and handled in a highly confidential manner. Ideally, the Operations Coordinator should be able to manage the schedule between partners, clients as well as internal team members by following a strict deadline. The Operations Coordinator must be able to think ahead to provide solutions to clients and to Management especially to Operations Manager in handling day to day challenges and tasks.
Reviewing new home loan applications from our sales consultants and ensuring their accuracy; providing a supporting role to sales consultants and their housing loan queries; and acting as the interface between the company and its major banking partners to expedite loan approval times. The principle goal of the role is to ensure home loans are processed and approved as fast as possible. Everything is coursed through our online platform and different applications integrated in every step which is another first in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing housing loan applications and submitting to banking partners.
- Supporting the Operations Manager by meeting with partner banks and getting real time updates on home loan statuses and client application updates
- Cascading updates, schedules between partner banks, developers and internal team members
- Liaising with banking partners on a regular basis to ensure fast loan approval times.
- Tracking the progress of each loan in the IT system.
- Commucating effectively to clients using different applications and ensures that company system is up to date
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Liaising with potential borrowers when required.
Important Note:
We accept candidates without Mortgage Brokering experience as long as the role is relevant to Customer Service, Client Management, and other Administrative roles. Mortgage Brokering experience from other countries like Australia, United States or UK is an advantage but not required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with International Mortgage Broker is preferred but not required.
- Experience managing different tasks and meeting deadline
-Organising schedules and keeping on top of confidential documents
- Proven ability to use speed in work ethic particularly on repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised. Never lets tasks 'slip through the cracks' and be forgotten.
- Must be willing to undergo thorough background and reference checks.
