Duties and Responsibilities
Inputs contract to SAP system according to contract conditions.
Inputs bill plans and ensures accuracy of charges and documentation supports.
Prepares SAP invoices.
Maintains safe keeping of file copies of all billing documents.
Maintains a periodic record of collection reports.
Performs and maintains credit history files and collection information.
Prepares Project Revenue and Cost Status (Billing and Collection Reports)
Prepares invoices (POF) of service providers for submission and endorsement of payment to the Accounting Department.
Qualification
Graduate of BS in Accountancy, or Financial Management, preferably with license, or equivalent.
Must have at least six (6) months of experience in Billing.
Must be computer literate and proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
Experience in Oracle, SAP or any ERP System is an advantage.
Must be able to communicate well in English.
