What you'll do:
Execute plans to continuously improve the onboarding output and deliver oversupply of fleet trucks.
Identify fleet companies/organizations to tap to generate potential operator leads and champion the networking and relationship building.
Conduct driver recruitment events and activities to continuously build fleet operator pipelines.
Prepare and present weekly & monthly performance reviews.
Review departmental processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvements.
What we seek:
Experience in Business Development and/or Corporate Sales to help you pin down reliable and steady sources of truck operator leads and establish business relationships.
Data and performance driven to recognize leverage and make the best decisions for the business in every situation.
Must have an enthusiastic attitude and passionate about making our driver communities grow.
What you'll need:
Must have relevant experience in sourcing of truck operators, working with car/truck dealerships, banks/financial institutions, trucking associations.
Experience in on-demand delivery or traditional logistics is a plus.
Must be good with data analysis, reports and presentations.
Willingness to travel when needed
