As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in daily operations, focusing on tasks such as data entry, allocation of expenses, reconciliations, and various miscellaneous operating responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Data Entry:
-Accurate and timely entry of data into relevant systems.
-Maintenance of organized and up-to-date records.
Allocation of Expenses:
-Efficiently categorize and allocate expenses to appropriate accounts.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Reconciliations:
-Perform regular reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
-Work closely with financial records to maintain accuracy.
Miscellaneous Operating Tasks:
-Assist with a variety of operational tasks to support the overall functioning of the organization.
-Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests and contribute to process improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Proficient in using QuickBooks Online for financial transactions.
-Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to collaborate within a remote team environment.

Working Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
-Work from home
