Description:
This is an opportunity to work closely with the COO and get immersed in the wide-ranging projects under him. Your main responsibility is to provide operational and administrative support by conducting research, data analysis, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions as needed.
What you will do:
Provide recommendations to the COO thru data research and analysis.
Prepare reports by collecting and processing information, ensuring the collection of insights, data, and/or ideas.
Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents;
Collaborate with internal and external parties for the completion of deliverables
Provide additional support to the teams with projects under the COO
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and skilled multi-tasker
Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, verbally and written
Outstanding time-management skills and adept at setting priorities
Fast learner and takes the initiative to proactively solve problems
Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Process-driven, and passionate about providing high-quality output consistently
Self-motivated, assertive, and eager to find and execute ways to deliver expected results
A good team player, collaborative, and eager to share information as needed and permitted
Salary: ₱20000 - ₱25000
