Disciplinary Actions monitoring

Legal Actions Monitoring
Absences monitoring
Investigation of particular cases to all riders
Account Creation of new hired riders
Manage riders schedule and have it approved by Operations Manager
Ensure the signature of the OM in employee's clearance
Participation in training and orientation
Only support the platform if only necessary such as holidays or any special events
Any other duties assigned to do additional task from time to time
Bachelor's degree/College graduate (preferred)
Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or similar role
Willing to work 6 days a week
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
Job Qualifications:
