The Role
Assist with order tracking and issues support in Amazon Seller Central
Pull documents and validate info in Carta for various stakeholders
Calendar management and coordination (scheduling / rescheduling meetings, time-zone management, etc.)
Agenda management and meeting briefing (i.e. daily prep for meetings, key task reminders, pre-meeting notes)
Assist with small tactical doc prep (create and polish 1-pagers and small decks)
Take meeting notes and create follow-up items
Perform expense report administration / data entry
The Requirements
2+ years experience supporting executives / C-level teammates as an EA
Basic to intermediate Excel / Sheets experience
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with GMail and slack for internal comms
Experience with Notion or similar tool for note taking / basic project management
Ability to work EST
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Familiarity with Concur for expense report management (or similar tool)
