Prepare monthly operating expense reports
Actively implement solutions to reduce operating expenses
Prepare and audit payroll
Assist in onboarding of new staff
Facilitate government permits and requirements (ex. BIR, SEC, Manila Water)
Schedule payables to utilities
Liaise with legal team for related matters
Audit reports prepared by accounting team and production manager
Our team is looking for an Operations Manager with prior experience in accounting, business management, and office administration.
The candidate must possess at minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Operations Management, or related fields
At least three years of administration management experience
Experience managing staff and working within a team composed of administrative, financial, and skilled staff
Familiar with accounting and financial management
Tech-savvy
Proficient in English and Tagalog
High degree of organization, professionalism, integrity, trustworthiness and flexibility
Ability to use discretion when working with confidential documents and information
Ability to operate efficiently while juggling multiple priorities.
