About The Role
This role will be based in our Philippine Office and the primary role will be to:
● Order Management: Be responsible for order processing management and metrics. This includes a review of store orders ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing issues that potentially cause delays and unfulfilled orders.
● Partnership and Fulfillment: Be responsible for managing relationships with our third-party enabler such as those relating to upcoming inventory issues to plan, delivery planning, coordination of process setup, and other requirements.
● Inventory Monitoring: Be responsible for conducting inventory checks and planning across platforms and performing checks on items and bundle configuration. In addition to optimizing processes and addressing customer support issues with customers across our sales channels.
● Regulatory and Merchandise Support: Work closely with the team on product-related regulation requirements. In addition, merchandising support performing and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and bundle products.
● Business Development Support: Work closely with the team in new site setup support that includes launch readiness planning from SKU building, market research, website creation, fulfillment, and partnership activities.
● Special Projects: Work closely with the Venture Development Manager on special projects and engagements.
Requirements:
● Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
● Education: Any Bachelor's degree, preferably from top-tier universities
● Preference: Preference to work in a startup environment, experiences in a startup and e-commerce are a plus
● Attributes: Data-driven, analytical, curious, eager to learn & possessing critical thinking abilities
● Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, and GSuite, and willingness to learn other tools used for tracking, optimization, and reporting
● Attitude: Independent attitude and seeking to solve problems. Curious and willing to test and try new things
● Language: Must be fluent in English
